We would like to invite you to the Adjourned AGM of Vista Body Corporate, taking place on the 19th of March 2026 at 18:00 at Kerksondermure.
If you are unable to attend, please complete the proxy form to enable us to reach a quorum.

The next Vista AGM will be held on Tuesday, the 30th of April 2024 at 18h00.

Due to COVID-19 we sent out a small survey to ask all owners whether they would like to attend our next Annual General Meeting online or at a physical location. We would like to thank all owners who participated to help us determine which option would be suitable for the majority.
The second Online AGM via Microsoft Teams will be taking place on Wednesday, the 20th of April 2022 at 18h30.

Due to COVID-19 regulations the two outstanding Annual General Meetings of the Body Corporate in respect of the 2018/2019 financial year (1 December 2018 to 30 November 2019) and 2019/2020 (1 December 2019 to 30 November 2020) cannot take place soon in ideal circumstances and in total safety.
However, the STSM Act (Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act) allows, (should the members agree to do it on this basis) that votes and resolutions can be taken in writing (also known as “round robin” resolutions). A majority “yes vote” (51%) is necessary to approve the items on the AGM agendas.
