Due to the deterioration of the window putty, it has been decided that all window putty throughout the complex will be replaced.
The work is scheduled to commence on Monday, 1 June, starting from Unit 1 and proceeding sequentially according to unit numbers. The project is anticipated to take approximately three months to complete.
Please note that all workers involved in the project will be identifiable by their high-visibility vests/jackets.
Residents are kindly requested, once the team reaches their unit, to leave their windows slightly open to allow for the painting process to be completed effectively.
