For the next two weeks Yesizwe Construction will be grouting and sealing the stairs and the upper landing areas. There will be 3 staff members wearing yellow hi-vis jackets.

Please be aware. On Tuesday, 18 March, FD Plumbers will be on site performing a water leak detection. Water will be shut off from approximately 08h30 to 17h00.

Water to individual units will also be shut off during the leak detection.

Please take arrangements for water on Tuesday.

From Monday, 5 August and for the next few weeks, a team from Create a Garden will be working on the gardens and trimming the trees at Vista.

There will be 13 personnel, including 2 supervisors, they will be wearing reflective jackets, starting around 07h30 until 16h30.

Expected completion date is approximately 22 August.
