Please note that the annual budget and levies for 2023/24 has been emailed to all owners this afternoon.

At a recent Trustee meeting the new budget was considered and it was concluded that the financial needs of the Body Corporate for the new financial year would require an increase of approximately 10% in levies which will be implemented on 1 December 2023 which is the first day of the new financial year.
