We wish to confirm that the new remote water and effluent reading system has been installed and is now effective. The system is a remote system and each unit has access to their consumption graphs and data via the https://mobi.netvendor.co.za app.
On the 25th of each month EAS Cost Control will issue you with a water utility invoice for each unit. These will be emailed or hand delivered to the unit or both. The first cycle will start on 25 January 2022 and you will receive your first water invoice shortly after 25 February 2022. By default, we will be sending the water invoice to Owners.
